Does On Tap Deliver, and if so at what charge?
Yes, ON TAP definitely delivers. All stores run a fleet of delivery vehicles for the client’s convenience and deliver free of charge within their geographical location. For long haul heavy deliveries, a fee will be negotiated at store level.
Are the products that On Tap sell SABS approved?
All ON TAP products are approved by the SABS and Jaswic. Imported products have the approval of that countries’ bureau of standards.
Does On Tap guarantee their products?
Most of the products are guaranteed for at least one year, although some products carry a guarantee of up to ten years. Please be sure to enquire regarding product guarantees.
Can you recommend a reliable plumber?
Yes, most definitely. ON TAP has always been very well supported by the plumbing fraternity most of whom are members of the I.O.P.S.A (Institute of Plumbing SA). You can therefore be sure that we will recommend a reputable plumber.
Does On Tap carry adequate stock of all items on display?
ON TAP stores are well stocked and you will therefore not have a problem with availability. Should one store be out of a particular item, ON TAP will try to source the item from another store.
What quality stainless steel sinks do you sell?
ON TAP sells only the highest quality approved kitchen sinks, have a look on our products page.
What hot water geyser do you recommend?
Kwikot 600kPa Megaflo or Econoflo geysers are best suited for all modern-day single lever mixers. Geysers, by law, need to be installed in accordance with SABS specifications. ON TAP stores will be happy to advise on this installation.
Does On Tap offer design and lay-out advice?
Yes. All ON TAP staff have had extensive product training and will gladly advise you on all your requirements both in store and on site. Have a look at our design planner to assist you in this regard.
Does On Tap stock spares?
ON TAP stocks a complete range of spares for all the products we sell, which even includes some products discontinued by the manufacturer.
What is the best product to buy?
ON TAP encourages all its clients to buy only approved quality products, as these items will be in used daily for many years to come. With regards to the style – the choice is yours!
