Charl Watkins is the manager of the Eastern Cape's newest addition to the ON TAP family, through which ON TAP aims to reach the customers with friendly, fast and efficient service. Situated 15 minutes north east of East London, Gonubie is a quaint seaside village with one of the most scenic beaches on the wild coast.
